If public (outside) access to automatically recorded conversations via FTP is required (i.e., archiving FTP server for conversation records is located outside), it is necessary to set Autorecording transfer protocol (as FTP) and Voicerecorder client IP address parameters appropriately in Voice recorder settings page.
